Mercy has gotten a bit of a tune up. Check out the list of changes!
First off. Mercy’s rez ability will no longer be an ult, but a regular move with a 30 second cool down. Rez can only revive one person at a time now.
Speaking of Mercy’s ult. Her new ult is called Valkeyrie. When activated Mercy gains the ability to full on fly. Her pistol does more damage and she can rez faster. Mercy’s healing and damage boost beams will be able to target multiple people at once. As well as unlimited ammo. Chances are not all of these changes will stick. But if you want to experience God Mercy. Check out the PTR!
In a truly “wtf?” moment, Sqaure-Enix announced new DLC for Final Fantasy XV today from… Assassin’s Creed? The trailer was just released showing off the Assassin’s Festival, new outfits for Noctis and his buddies, and some cool free climbing/teleporting that only the King of Lucis can make look so effortless.
Ubisoft shed some light on this unlikely, and dare I say random, crossover event:
“The collaboration kicks off on August 30, as Final Fantasy XV players who have obtained the Dream Egg from the Moogle Chocobo Carnival event will be gifted a very familiar Assassin outfit for Noctis. The very next day, August 31, will be the release of the free Assassin’s Festival DLC for Final Fantasy XV. The town of Lestallum will transform itself for the event with signs and banners signaling the arrival of the festival, and new activities will be available for players to participate in. It doesn’t end there. The Assassin’s Festival will have some additional themed items and features, including another outfit from Assassin’s Creed, along with abilities that enable Noctis to explore more like an Assassin and even use some of the Assassins’ more well-known abilities.”
The free Assassin’s Festival DLC will be available to download August 31st from the Playstation Store. Check out the trailer below and let us know your thoughts in the comments!
Gematsu reported early this morning that 4 new characters have been announced for Dragonball Fighter Z. The announcement was made in this weeks’ V Jump in Japan, and gives us a glimpse at each of the new fighters. Many were wondering whether SSB Goku and Vegeta would be playable characters or if their transformations would be added to the respective characters’ movelists in a later build, especially with Frieza being able to transform into his golden form. It looks like that question has been answered. Not to be overshadowed, Android 16 and 18 will feature in the game as well. Unfortunately, no word about Android 17 being playable yet, however he does assist his sister with her super combo. There has also been no word of which, if any, of these characters will be the 10th fighter for the beta in the coming weeks. To take a look at the rest of the scans and the translations, head on over to Gematsu for more.
